An Appliance Repair Team Built Around Chicago Kitchens and Laundry Rooms

Veridian Group is a locally owned, owner-operated appliance repair company based at 150 E Huron St in downtown Chicago, IL 60611. We work across the city, from the two-flats and greystones of Lincoln Park and Wicker Park to the high-rise kitchens of the West Loop and South Loop, and we regularly take calls in Lakeview, Uptown, Rogers Park, Andersonville, Logan Square, Pilsen, Bridgeport, and Hyde Park. Our service area also reaches across Cook County into Evanston and Oak Park.

Chicago's housing stock shapes how we work. Many older buildings have tight galley kitchens, shared laundry rooms in basements, and gas or electric connections that were not designed around today's control boards. Our crews carry parts for the brands we see most often in these buildings, and we plan for the awkward access that comes with third-floor walk-ups and narrow stairwells. The climate matters too. Chicago's humid continental weather means hot, muggy summers that push refrigerators, dishwashers, and condenser coils harder, and cold winters that stress water supply lines, dryer vents, and ice makers. We see those seasonal patterns in our call volume every year, and we schedule accordingly.

We operate with a simple approach: give a clear, upfront quote before any work starts, explain what failed and why, and show the customer the part or worn component before replacing it. Our dispatch is available 24/7, so a flooded dishwasher on a Sunday night or a refrigerator that quits before a holiday gathering gets the same attention as a routine weekday visit. Whether you are in a Navy Pier-area high-rise or a bungalow near Lincoln Park Zoo, we aim to get your appliance working safely and honestly.
